Once you have selected your bakery item, you can add your personalisation at check-out. Please add your pets name, and the message you would like printed on the gift-box.
Kindly note, we can only personalise our bakery items, not other shop items.
We bake daily and orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. If you wish to change your order, please contact us ASAP and we will aim to accommodate.
All of our bakery items come with luxury packaging including gift box, tissue paper with decorative gem, and a gift message of your choice. We also offer a gift bow option (available for an additional cost at check-out).
We freshly bake and dispatch your bakery items within two days of ordering.
All items are shipped using Yodel Tracked, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. If you need your bakery item sooner, please send us a message and we will try our best to accommodate.
